It's time to lead. Federal advocacy is not optional when decisions in D.C. determine what LEAs can deliver for students in California.

Federal decisions in 2027 will influence:

• IDEA Full Funding 
• Federal Education Appropriations 
• Federal Education Restructuring
• Student Privacy, Cybersecurity and AI 

If California education leaders don't speak clearly and consistently about what their students need, others will define those needs – and the results won't reflect the realities of the state's local schools.

Early: $799 from Oct. 6, 2026 - Feb. 18, 2027
Regular: $949 from Feb. 19, 2027 - March 10, 2027
Late: $1,199 from March 11, 2027 - on-site or until sold out

Spouse/partner registration fees

Rate: $199 from Oct. 6, 2026 to on-site or until sold out

The spouse/partner registration fee includes access to the Welcome Reception, daily breakfasts and the Tuesday evening reception. It does not include entry to general sessions, breakout sessions or congressional meetings.

A spouse/partner is defined as a significant other who is not affiliated with or employed by a California school district or county office of education (including board members, administrators, teachers or staff). Coworkers or professional associates are not eligible for this category. If the registration is used by anyone other than a qualifying spouse/partner, the registrant will be charged the full conference registration rate.
