Stephen Pogemiller
Chief Financial Officer
Stephen W. Pogemiller joined CSBA in 2013 as Chief Financial Officer, responsible for overseeing and evaluating the association's strategic financial objectives. He serves as Executive Director of CSBA's Affiliate Corporations, District Services and Finance, and supervises the accounting and business services departments, and business development. Pogemiller comes from the Diebold subsidiary, FirstLine, Inc., located in West Sacramento, where he served as CFO for the banking service company since 2004. From 1997 to 2003, he also served as the president and CEO of Heritage Community Credit Union during its transition from a federal to a community-based institution, having acted as the credit union CFO and controller since 1988.
Pogemiller earned a bachelor's and master's degrees in accounting from the University of Iowa, and is a certified public accountant. He has a certificate in human resources management from California State University, Sacramento, and completed an executive development program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
