Dr. Merrill Grant has 35 years of invaluable experience in California public education, with a significant portion of his career dedicated to serving as a superintendent in five diverse school districts ranging in size from 300 to 8,300 students. His expertise spans various crucial areas including school finance, board relations, and the development of academic programs with a strong equity focus to enhance student achievement.
Grant holds a doctorate in educational Leadership from the University of Southern California and an English degree from California State University, Chico. He has also served as a site principal at all grade levels and taught language arts for six years.
