Advisory: CSBA to Unveil Polling Showing Strong Voter Support for Public School Funding Measure

SACRAMENTO, Calif., (May 14, 2019) – New statewide polling shows strong support for a measure to dramatically increase funding of California’s public schools. Specifically, a ballot measure to raise $11-14 billion for K-12 education and community colleges has support from six in 10 California voters.

At 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, May 16,  CSBA officials will discuss the polling and the organization’s Full and Fair Funding campaign to raise California’s per-student funding to the national average by 2020 and to the average of the top 10 states by 2025.
