CSBA budget focuses on member service

CSBA’s Board of Directors has approved a $13.4 million operating budget for the new fiscal year beginning July 1.
The budget assumes significant savings in the costs of housing staff due to the consolidation of offices from three locations to the new building, offset by slight increases to employee salaries and benefits as staffing levels make their way back to normal.
“The 2013-14 budget reflects our priorities of supporting member training through our continued investment in redesigning the Masters in Governance program and expanding member access to our Annual Education Conference and policy resources,” said Executive Director Vernon M. Billy. “Our financial commitment to our training programs is further enhanced by our investment in internal operations and infrastructure which support our expanded member support and communication efforts.”
