The Delegate Assembly is CSBA’s primary policymaking body, the key link in the association’s governance structure. Made up of approximately 270 local school board members who are elected or appointed in 21 geographic regions throughout the state, it meets twice each year, with the next meeting in Sacramento May 22-23.
