Middle-grades models ‘Taking Center Stage’

Model middle-grades schools in this year’s Schools to Watch-Taking Center Stage program, a collaborative effort of CSBA and 11 other organizations in the California Middle Grades Alliance, are:
- Canyon Middle School (Castro Valley Unified School District, in Alameda County)
- Edna Hill Middle School (Brentwood Union School District, in Contra Costa County)
- Frank M. Wright Middle School (Imperial Unified School District, in Imperial County)
- John Glenn Middle School (Desert Sands Unified School District, in Riverside County)
- Medea Creek Middle School (Oak Park Unified School District, in Ventura County)
- Oliver Wendell Holmes Middle School (Los Angeles Unified School District, Los Angeles County)
