Morgan Garvey

Education Policy Analyst, Research and Education Policy Development

Morgan Garvey, Ed.M., focuses her research on school finance, academic achievement, opportunity gaps and equity. Before joining CSBA, she worked on federal and state grant programs focused on literacy, Multi-tiered Systems of Supports, early childhood education and competency-based learning design. She holds a master’s degree in education with an emphasis on human development and psychology from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, as well as a bachelor’s degree in psychology from California State University, Sacramento.
