Angela Asch
Principal Research Manager
Angela Asch, MA, focuses her research on issues concerning conditions of children, such as child development, student mental well-being, school safety, student and family engagement and empowerment, nutrition, health and physical activity. Before joining CSBA, she worked on program implementation and project management for statewide public health organizations in Sacramento and Yolo counties. She holds an Master of Arts in Child Development, and a Bachelor of Arts in Family and Consumer Sciences with an emphasis on Nutrition from California State University, Sacramento.
She has served on the Sacramento City USD LCAP Parent Advisory Committee, Woodland Joint USD Career Technical Education Advisory Committee and as a school site council member at David Lubin Elementary School in Sacramento.
