CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION:
The following cancellation policies only apply to the Student Board Member virtual Discounted Subscription Bundle.
Restrictions apply to Discounted Subscription purchases:
- No refunds are available for the discounted bundled subscription should a member choose to cancel a session or series.
- There are no refunds for no-shows.
- The bundled series must be used within the 2024-2025 training cycle.
CSBA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any event if the required attendance minimums are unmet. Cancellation decisions are made two weeks before the start of each session.
Attendance minimums for in-person training are set to be fiscally responsible for using public funds. The attendance minimum for virtual training events, the registration minimum is 20 participants.
