Program
The Board Presidents Workshop offers chances to reflect and discuss, delving into your personal leadership and communication styles to craft your Leadership Plan. This journey begins with exploring your own vision for your board, then moves on to improving your communication with the board to enhance your leadership effectiveness. Ultimately, you'll be introduced to tools used to conduct efficient and effective board meetings.
