Institute for New and First-Term Board Members │ Virtual
The roles and responsibilities of a school board member are diverse, oftentimes complex, and always important. This innovative two-day seminar outlines four major areas of board responsibility and authority to help you determine how you can be effective and make the greatest impact in your district or county office. Areas of focus include effective governance, student learning and achievement, human resources, and school finance.
