Policy updates have posted on Gamut Online and Policy News released

The new Policy News centers on issues affecting students, personnel and school business operations, including a new law that takes effect Jan. 1, 2016. CSBA is revising Administrative Rule 5112.2 - Exclusion from Attendance and AR 5141.31 - Immunizations to reflect Senate Bill 277. That bill amended regulations on schools' implementation of the immunization requirements and exemptions based on personal beliefs. The packet also includes updates to AR 4119.11 - Sexual Harassment and to Business Practice and AR 4154/4254/4354 - Health and Welfare Benefits. There also two new sample policies — BP 6141.4 - International Baccalaureate Program and BP 6152.1 - Placement in Mathematics Courses, which addresses issues raised in
