New, improved Agenda Online debuts this month

For the third year in a row, new features have been added to CSBA’s Web-based agenda software, making it easier and more intuitive to navigate. The upgrades go live July 7.

Agenda Online is a subscription service that allows school personnel to create agendas for board meetings from any computer with Internet access, add supporting documents and minutes, track attendance, and record votes, among other features. By centralizing the process, each board or staff member accessing the agenda is assured of seeing the latest version. The public likewise can be granted access to view agendas and supporting documents from their own computers.

Based on input from Agenda Online users, CSBA has upgraded the program to allow for copying and pasting of routine items, advanced sorting of agenda items, and various improvements to the process for recording votes.

“We are committed to continuously improving Agenda Online and making our product and service the best that it can be,” said Martin Gonzalez, CSBA’s assistant executive director for Governance and Policy Services. “As the largest online agenda service provider in the state, we are committed to listening to our clients to help identify program improvements and enhancements.”

A complimentary Webinar to review the upgraded features and answer questions will be offered at 11 a.m. July 22. Agenda Online users will receive an invitation to this event by e-mail.
