As recent air sampling studies have shown, the COVID virus is transmissible in public and private transportation, buildings, and hospital rooms, where the 6-feet rule of social distancing can provide a "false sense of security." The same studies have proven the importance of air handling and ventilation systems to reduce exposure and infection risks. In contrast, improper design, operation, or failures in these same systems can result in a contamination source. This webinar will provide insight into the Safer Air Initiative how this program provides the science, engineering, and administrative control action steps to make the air in their facility safer immediately.
