This innovative two-day seminar outlines four major areas of board responsibility and authority to help you determine how you can be effective and make the greatest impact in your district or county office. Areas of focus include effective governance, finance, student learning and human resources.

Schedule: Registration opens at 8:00 a.m. Conference begins at 8:30 a.m. Conference ends at 4:00 p.m.
