Human Resources
explores the board and superintendent relationship; elements of employing the superintendent; the board’s responsibility to other personnel; establishing a framework for evaluation; and fostering a culture of accountability for sound personnel practices across the district.

Collective Bargaining provides insight into the board’s role in collective bargaining and the collective bargaining process including building a positive climate, monitoring the process, understanding stressful situations, and effective communication strategies.
