Cancellation requests must be received in writing five business days prior to the start date of any conference (except Annual Conference). There will be a 50% cancellation fee charged after the five business day deadline. No refunds for no shows. CSBA encourages substitutions from within a district or organization.

Effective May 1, 2016, CSBA will no longer accept purchase orders to procure CSBA products or services, or to make a reservation.
Annual Education Conference and Trade Show and pre-conference activities cancellation policy

There will be a 25 percent processing charge for each registration deducted from all refunds (excluding ticketed meal-time functions which are fully refundable). Early registrations and pre-registrations must be paid in full by the deadline date or you will be charged the registration rate in effect at the time of payment.
CSBA will not release information about the registration or attendance of registrants other than in response to governing board action requesting such information or in response to a lawful subpoena or court order.
