2017 Advocacy Institute pre-registration (step 1 of 2)

The Advocacy Institute, hosted annually by the National School Boards Association, is an opportunity for school board members across the country to meet with their congressional representatives in Washington, D.C. to discuss federal education issues.
Registration – 2 Step Process
California delegates must pre-register with CSBA (step 1 of 2) before registering with NSBA (step 2 of 2). By doing this, CSBA staff will be able to make your Capitol Hill appointments. When you finish registering with CSBA you will receive a confirmation with a link to NSBA’s Advocacy Institute Web page for registration (step 2 of 2). It is vital that you register on both websites. All hotel reservations must be made through the Advocacy Institute housing site.

Sunday, Jan. 29: Early Bird Sessions, CSBA hosted-lunch, and Opening Session
Monday, Jan. 30: Legislative seminars, breakout sessions and keynote address
Tuesday, Jan. 31: Day on the Hill - please plan to spend the entire day in D.C.
