Delegate Assembly meets in San Diego

Prior to the 2015 Annual Education Conference and Trade Show, CSBA’s Delegate Assembly met on Dec. 2-3. Delegates received a report on activities by President Jesús Holguín, as well as a report on the association from CSBA CEO & Executive Director Vernon M. Billy. At the meeting, delegates elected new officers and directors. The Delegate Assembly also heard updates on key legislative priorities such as the reserve cap; adopted CSBA’s policy platform; participated in brainstorming sessions to develop the next legislative agenda, and heard a presentation on grassroots organizing.
