Although education policy is largely left to the discretion of the states, the federal government still plays a large role in shaping education policy in California through funding and the enforcement of federal laws. Since the transition of power in Washington began last November, there have been many open questions about future federal education policy and funding, including questions surrounding school vouchers, Title I dollars, and teachers association dues, as well as questions about the status of undocumented students in California schools. In this one-hour webcast, a panel of school attorneys discuss:
