Overview
A new statewide poll indicates that California voters strongly favor increased funding for schools and are extremely concerned about the level of resources allocated to public education. The survey of 1,050 voters likely to participate in the November 2020 election found that 80 percent of respondents believe there is substantial need for additional funding statewide and 70 percent of participants believe their local school districts require more funding.
